Movement Coaching

Movement coaching leads to experiencing more choices

More choices results in more ways of responding in any situation, physically, emotionally, cognitively

There is a language to talk about music: pitch, volume, harmony and so on. There is a language to identify and talk about your movement, too.

Coaching dance artist Fortu Angelini

Movement coaching is an enlightening and empowering support to your personal and professional life. I use principles and practices developed by movement pioneers Rudolf Laban and Irmgard Bartenieff. I apply these rich and creative perspectives to a diverse range of needs and contexts. I am also a practicing yogi, sometimes including elements from asana (physical posture) and pranayama (breath and energy control) in my bespoke approach.

I work 1 to 1 and in groups, consulting and creating bespoke workshops and coaching sessions. I work from a private studio in Brockley, South East London, UK, or on location.
